<p>FYI, this cartoon also appears in the Fall 2009 issue of the <a href="http://www.texasbar.com/bankruptcy/newsletter.asp" target="_blank"><strong>newsletter for the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Texas</strong></a> along with a nice profile about the Bankruptcy Bill cartoons written by <strong>Eric Van Horn</strong>, a bankruptcy lawyer with Dallas firm <a href="http://www.romclawyers.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Rochelle McCullough LLP</strong></a> and the writer of the <a href="http://bankruptcybill.us/2009/10/12/chapter-8-humor-a-tribute-to-readers-digest-by-eric-van-horn/" target="_blank"><strong>Chapter 8</strong></a> humor columns in the <a href="http://www.abiworld.org/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Publications" target="_blank"><em><strong>ABI Journal</strong></em></a>.  Also, thanks to <a href="http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;source=web&amp;ct=res&amp;cd=1&amp;ved=0CAoQFjAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nyeb.uscourts.gov%2Fcgi-bin%2Fopinions.pl%3Fjudge%3Dast%26order%3Dcron&amp;rct=j&amp;q=judge+alan+trust&amp;ei=J5YGS-rpMIb_nAfv_anGCw&amp;usg=AFQjCNG3MNmj8OinhNpCu0nMthkrj4-MEQ" target="_blank"><strong>Judge Alan S.
