This proves that the funniest things in life are the ones that are true! The 2005 amendments to the bankruptcy code ought to be called the Bankruptcy Abuse IMPROVEMENT Act, since in my humble opinion the way creditors abuse the bankruptcy process and debtors has certainly improved since then. It is business as usual on the “dark side”.
